사단법인 점프
JUMP는 다양한 배경을 가진 청소년의 교육 기회를 확대하고, 공동체에 기여하는 미래 청년 인재를 양성하여 나눔과 다양성의 가치를 확산하기 위해 2011년 설립된 비영리 공익법인입니다.
배움과 나눔을 바탕으로 청소년과 대학생, 사회인 멘토를 연결함으로써 선순환 고리를 만들어 주체들의 참여와 성장 지속되도록 생애주기에 맞춘 다양한 프로그램을 제공합니다. 이를 통해 교육격차를 넘어 사회·경제적 불평등을 완화하고 누구에게나 공정한 배움의 기회를 제공하는 사회 실현에 기여하고자 합니다.
점프는 기존의 NGO와 다릅니다.
대학원에서 만난 20대와 30대 청년들이 15년전 시작한 점프는 미국 스탠포드 대학에서도 인정한 젊고 건강한 비영리입니다. 여러분이 함께 해주시면 공정한 교육기회를 위해 더 멋지고 효과적인 프로그램을 만들어 가겠습니다.

JUMP
Founded in 2011, JUMP is a nonprofit public interest organization dedicated to expanding educational opportunities for young people from diverse backgrounds and nurturing future youth leaders who contribute to their communities. Through the values of learning and sharing, JUMP connects teenagers, university students, and adult mentors to create a virtuous cycle of participation and growth, offering a variety of programs tailored to different life stages. These efforts aim to reduce not only educational gaps but also broader social and economic inequalities, ultimately contributing to a society where everyone has a fair opportunity to learn.
JUMP is different from conventional NGOs.
Founded fifteen years ago by young people in their 20s and 30s who met in graduate school, JUMP has been recognized by Stanford University as a vibrant and forward-thinking nonprofit model. 점프에서는 공정한 교육기회를 위해 매년 1,000명의 대학생이 자신의 가장 소중한 1년을 기회가 부족한 취약계층 청소년들과 나누고 있습니다. 너를 응원해 기금은 멋진 대학생들과 청소년들이 부모님의 사회경제적 지위와 상관없이 저마다의 꿈을 꾸면서 자신의 미래를 당당히 준비할 수 있도록 돕는 기금입니다.
‘너를 응원해’는 코로나로 모두가 힘들던 2020년에 시작되었습니다. 열심히 봉사활동에 참여한 훌륭한 대학생들 중에 부모님의 갑작스러운 실직과 파산 등으로 인해 자신의 꿈을 접고 생계를 감당해야 하는 친구들이 많았습니다. ‘너를 응원해’ 기금은 이들이 취업준비를 하는 동안 신뢰를 기반으로 무이자 대출을 해주고, 점프와 함께 성장한 청소년들에게는 장학금을 지원해 자신의 꿈을 꾸면서 더 멋진 어른으로 성장할 수 있도록 돕고 있습니다.

Every contribution you make to JUMP’s “Cheering for You” Fund is used entirely for the benefit of youth and future generations.
Each year, 1,000 university students at JUMP dedicate their most valuable year to mentoring and supporting underprivileged teenagers with limited educational opportunities. The Cheering for You Fund helps these university students and young people pursue their dreams confidently—regardless of their parents’ socioeconomic status.
The fund began in 2020, a year when many struggled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Among the passionate university students volunteering with JUMP, many suddenly faced personal crises such as family job loss or bankruptcy, forcing them to put aside their dreams to make a living. The Cheering for You Fund provides interest-free loans to such students during their job-seeking period, built on trust, and offers scholarships to JUMP youth alumni so they can continue to dream and grow into confident, compassionate adults.
JUMP commits to using 100% of your donations for interest-free loans and scholarship programs—gifting better futures to more generations to come.
