End Hunger Fund

1 in 9 people, and 1 in 7 children face hunger every day in America. The End Hunger Fund focuses on addressing food insecurity – a lack of consistent access to enough food for an active, healthy life. This fund is comprised of three national charities – FEEDING AMERICA, the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization; NO KID HUNGRY, dedicated to eradicating child hunger through schools breakfast, as well as afterschool and summer meals for kids; and MEALS ON WHEELS AMERICA dedicated to serving the more than 10 million vulnerable seniors across the country. Bringing this issue home, also included is THE GREATER BOSTON FOOD BANK, providing meals to people in the communities that many of us live in. An epidemic in its own right according to some, the economic impact of COVID-19 has made the situation even more dire, millions of Americans are out of work, and hunger, one of our nation’s most urgent problems, has grown even worse.
