The need is now

40%

40 percent of New Yorkers struggle to meet simple, basic needs like food and shelter

The goal of this Fund is to provide low-income New Yorkers with a pathway out of poverty and into self-sufficiency

To accomplish this goal, this Fund is supporting the following strategies

Early Childhood

Only one in three poor infants and toddlers have access to programs that stimulate growth and development. Our early childhood initiatives focus on infant/toddler development, teach parenting skills and help children enter school ready to learn.
